Dr. Rick Rana D.C.

Dr. Rick Rana graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2003. It was here that he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and Masters in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine degrees and began working in Southern California.

During his time in California he served as a clinic director in Beverly Hills at one of the largest orthopaedic surgeon clinics where he also provided treatment as a chiropractor and acupuncturist.

Since 2007, Dr. Rick Rana has been providing chiropractic & acupuncture treatment in the Capilano and Forest Heights areas. He enjoys helping his patients using a variety of techniques including manual adjustments as well as his own style of soft tissue pressure point techniques that combines acupressure, trigger point release, and mobilizations. Being a registered acupuncturist allows him to also use traditional Chinese medicine principles to assist patients with a variety of health issues including pain management, headaches, arthritis, as well as management of a variety of health issues. He also has an interest in treating jaw pain and temporomandibular joint dysfunction and works with several Dentist and oral pain specialists.

Born and raised in Edmonton AB, Dr. Rick Rana is a life long Edmontonian and an avid oilers fan. He enjoys family time with his wife and young daughter. They stay active by going for walks and bike rides in the river valley. Dr. Rana values patient care and always takes the time to listen as he enjoys working with patients to help them with their health goals.

Dr. Henry Tso D.C.

Before Dr. Henry Tso became a chiropractor, he used his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta to help people achieve their wellness and fitnessgoals as an exercise therapist and personal trainer. Henry went on to attended Chiropractic College at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.

Jangira Boychuk learned several techniques of massage therapy over her 15 years of experience. She helps patients with a variety of conditions such as body aches, pain, soreness, arthritis, sinus-headaches, all different types of injuries, post-surgical treatment, and prenatal massage.

Spencer Pon

Spencer is a graduate of the MacEwan University Massage Therapy program. With a commitment to wellness, he takes great pleasure in catering to diverse populations and has experience dealing with various conditions.

Spencer's approach is grounded in clinical assessment and critical thinking, allowing him to form personalized treatment plans that suit each patient's needs.

His practice is firmly rooted in evidence-based techniques, such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, stretching, muscle energy techniques, and lymphatic drainage.

Spencer was born and raised in Edmonton AB. In his spare time, he enjoys watching the Oilers, reading, playing soccer, and camping in the summer.

Physiotherapist

Alex Edezhath

Alex Edezhath is a highly qualified physiotherapist who holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala, India, which he completed in 2009.

Following his graduation, he gained substantial professional experience working in India and the United Arab Emirates for six years before relocating to Canada in 2017.

In 2018, Alex completed all the necessary credentialing and academic requirements to practice in Canada, subsequently moving to Alberta in 2019. He is currently fully registered with the College of Physiotherapy of Alberta.

Alex specializes in a range of musculoskeletal disorders and chronic pain management, as well as pre-operative and post-operative care for sports injuries. He has earned certifications in techniques such as dry needling, spinal manipulation, and myofascial release, enabling him to provide effective treatment for a variety of conditions.

In addition to his primary areas of expertise, Alex has a strong interest in vestibular and concussion management and is actively pursuing training in strength and conditioning for athletes and individuals in protective services. He is multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, and has worked with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. His specialization in orthopedics includes the use of treatment methodologies such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy.

Outside of his professional commitments, Alex is a dedicated family man who values quality time with his wife and children, as well as maintaining his fitness routine. He also enjoys traveling, hiking, and biking.
